Photo release

Some families love seeing their child on the page. Others would rather not, and that is a completely normal thing to want. Tick only what you are comfortable with. Anything you leave unticked simply will not happen.

What you are comfortable with The website. Photos on pickindaisiespreschool.com. Facebook and Instagram. Posts, stories and short videos on the school’s own pages. Printed things. A flyer, a newsletter, something handed to a family on a tour. Artwork with a first name on it. Displayed in the room or shared online. Group photos shared with the other enrolled families. A class photo, a party, a field day. Displayed inside the classroom only. On the wall here, and nowhere else.

No photographs of my child, anywhere. Tick this and nothing above applies. Miss Amy will keep your child out of frame and out of any group shot that gets used.

What never happens, whatever you tick

Your child’s full name is never published alongside a photograph. Neither is your address, your child’s birthday, or anything that would let a stranger identify or find them. Photos are never sold, never given to an advertiser, and never used by anyone other than Pickin’ Daisies Preschool.

You can change your mind at any time by telling Miss Amy. She will take down anything already posted, though a photo someone else has already shared onward is out of her hands, which is worth knowing before you decide.

What you are agreeing to

The boxes I ticked above are the only ways photographs of my child may be used. Anything I left unticked is not permitted, and Miss Amy will treat it as a no.

I understand I can change these choices at any time by telling Miss Amy in writing, and that the new choices apply from the day she receives them.

Photographs already published before I change my mind may not be recoverable from places outside Miss Amy’s control, such as a post someone else has already shared.

IMPORTANT: if I ticked no photographs anywhere, that overrides every other box on this form, including any I may have ticked by mistake.
